How do I track my order status?

When will I receive my Order?

After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.


What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to authorise someone else to sign for the item when it arrives. If delivery is unsuccessful because there was no one to sign for the item, a re-delivery charge will apply.


Can you deliver the package to my office?

We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address. For bulky items, the buyer needs to check with the building management in regards to bulk item delivery (not all buildings allow for bulky item delivery unless authorised). If prior arrangements were not made, and the item was not delivered due to Buyer oversight, a re-delivery fee will apply.
